When you first think of Jose Canseco, you think of all the things he's done. The first thing that comes to mind is Baseball of course. & With Baseball, comes his steroid usage. After his steroid usage, comes his book(s) he wrote and published. Then comes his reality TV days on VH1's "The Surreal Life". But Canseco fighting MMA?, No way Jose! Sure he's done a few celebrity boxing matches (in which he's lost by the way), but MMA of all things?
Earlier this week in Japan, the 253 lb. Canseco went up against Korean giant Hong Man Choi who weights in at 330 lbs. and stands at a staggering 7-foot 2-inches tall. Talk about a size difference... We all know Jose was in it for the money and can never get enough of the spotlight, but if he couldn't beat a football player or a shot out movie actor, then what makes him think he could beat a walking sky scraper that gets paid to do this for a living?
I tip my hat to the guy for even stepping into the same ring as this guy, but I would have liked to see a few more punches thrown and for the fight to at least make it past the 3 minute mark. However that's not how the fight ended, Jose ran around the ring like a little school girl and for good measure, ahh hell, just watch the clip...
